Dispatch riders must maintain valid identification, safe vehicles and respectful conduct with pharmacies and customers.

Delivery information (address, contact) must be treated as confidential and used only to complete the delivery.

Failed or delayed deliveries may result in reduced job priority or removal from the platform.
